At Voduz Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair tools and products. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened condition with all security seals intact. Electrical tools must be returned in their original box with all included accessories.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization Number and the correct return shipping address.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit. Please include a note inside the package with your name, order number, and the authorization code provided by our team.

  Ship and Track

  Send your parcel using a tracked postal service. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
